- When a product/service/subscription is purchased by the customers, it creates the Service/subscriptions on the Super reseller automatically. Also, from the admin area, Admin can create it manually as well.
- when a customer fails to pay the invoice on time, it will suspend the service/subscription automatically and if it is paid by customers then would be re-enabled automatically. Also, The admin can perform both actions manually from the admin area.
- if a customer is no longer paying and doesn’t want to continue the service, it will terminate the service automatically. Of course, it allows the admin to terminate it from the admin area anytime in case of any problem.
- It supports the renewal of services automatically which means our system generates the invoices x days from the due date if the customer pays the invoice then it extends the date on the Super reseller.
